We understand that finding the right fit is important. Because every Prose Print item is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, completed items cannot be resold or reused. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a fair solution for sizing-related concerns.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes. We offer a one-time courtesy size exchange for fit-related issues.
You do not need to return the original item. You may keep it, gift it, or save it as a backup. We will produce a brand-new personalized item in the updated size.
Is there a fee for a size exchange?
Yes. A size exchange fee applies, and the exact amount depends on each order and each item. The fee helps cover part of the materials, labor, and tailoring required to create another fully customized piece. It is always significantly lower than placing a new order, allowing you to receive a replacement without paying full price again.
