If your order arrives with any issue at all, we are here to help.

Covered issues include:

  • Damage or defects
  • Printing errors
  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Quality issues related to manufacturing

In these cases, we will:

  • Remake and replace your item at no cost (no return required), or
  • Issue a full refund

Fit & sizing issues

If your item does not fit as expected, we offer a one-time size exchange to help you get the right fit.

  • No return required
  • A new item will be made in the new size
  • A size exchange fee may apply

To request a size exchange, contact support@proseprint.com within 60 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the fit issue
  • Photos if available

We aim to keep the process smooth and fast so you can enjoy your item as soon as possible.

Common Production Mistakes & Clarifications

Because every Prose Print item is handcrafted and custom-made, rare production imperfections may occasionally occur. We take full responsibility for these situations and are committed to resolving them quickly and fairly. Below are the most common production-related issues and how we handle them.

Wrong color, size, text, lyrics, or incorrect item received

If you receive an item with the wrong color, wrong size, incorrect text or lyrics, or the wrong shirt style, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received

Once our team reviews the details and confirms the issue, we will remake and replace your item at no cost to you. Our goal is to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered and are completely satisfied with your Prose Print piece.

Blur or print inconsistency

On rare occasions, small sections of text may appear slightly blurred due to:

  • Large coverage areas
  • Extremely fine text density

Some imperfections may not be detectable during manual inspection. This qualifies as a print quality issue, and we will replace the item for you.

Missing or damaged garment parts

We perform detailed quality checks on every item. However, because each garment is cut and sewn by hand, rare errors can sometimes pass inspection.

Examples include:

  • Missing buttons
  • Loose seams
  • Damaged or incomplete garment parts

If this happens, we will remake your item with improved quality at no additional cost.

Incorrect material label

In rare cases, a labeling mistake may occur during production. For example, the fabric is correct (such as cotton), but the tag may mistakenly state polyester, or vice versa.

If this happens:

  • Please send us clear photos of the fabric and label
  • We will verify the material immediately

If we confirm that the fabric is correct and only the label is wrong, we will issue a 50% refund as our apology. Transparency is extremely important to us, and we would never intentionally misrepresent materials.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Every Prose Print item is custom-made and personalized, which means:

  • All sales are final
  • Returns are not accepted

However, we do offer:

  • Refunds for lost or defective items
  • Exchanges related to shipping issues, quality issues, or one-time size exchanges

Cancellations & Refund Requests

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, production has already begun, and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible. Please review your personalization details and size carefully before ordering.
