We understand how important your order is. Below is how we handle common situations.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order anytime using our tracking page:

This page provides the most up-to-date tracking details directly from the carrier.

Tracking hasn’t updated after shipping

If your tracking has not updated for around 5 days after shipping, this may happen because:

  • The carrier delayed a scan
  • The tracking number was internally replaced by the carrier

Please do not panic. Contact us at support@proseprint.com, and we will look into it promptly for you.

Package marked “Delivered” but not found

If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check your front door, porch, mailbox, and nearby delivery areas
  2. Ask neighbors or building management if applicable

Then contact us at support@proseprint.com.

  • For Saver Shipping, we can request proof of delivery photos or delivery location details
  • For USPS shipments, you may also contact your local USPS post office directly for faster investigation

Lost packages

Occasionally, carriers may misplace packages, especially during peak holiday seasons due to high volume and backlogs. If there has been no tracking movement for more than 7 days, the package may be considered lost. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. That said, we will take care of you.

If your package is confirmed lost, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement, which we can expedite when possible

USPS seizure or mishandling

We have been informed that USPS has experienced increased issues recently, including theft and mishandling of packages. Please know:

  • Your package was properly handed over to USPS
  • We are just as concerned about its delivery as you are

If USPS confirms seizure or loss, we will offer:

  • A refund, or
  • A replacement, which can be expedited

Changing Shipping Address

  • Shipping addresses can only be changed during production
  • Once shipped, we cannot change the address because the shipping label has already been purchased and attached

For USPS Standard Shipping, once USPS receives the package, you may contact USPS directly to request a hold or forwarding.

Shirt & Item Issues

If your order arrives with any issue at all, we are here to help.

Covered issues include:

  • Damage or defects
  • Printing errors
  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Quality issues related to manufacturing

In these cases, we will:

  • Remake and replace your item at no cost (no return required), or
  • Issue a full refund

Fit & sizing issues

If your item does not fit as expected, we offer a one-time size exchange to help you get the right fit.

  • No return required
  • A new item will be made in the new size
  • A size exchange fee may apply

To request a size exchange, contact support@proseprint.com within 60 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the fit issue
  • Photos if available

We aim to keep the process smooth and fast so you can enjoy your item as soon as possible.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Every Prose Print item is custom-made and personalized, which means:

  • All sales are final
  • Returns are not accepted

However, we do offer:

  • Refunds for lost or defective items
  • Exchanges related to shipping issues, quality issues, or one-time size exchanges

Cancellations & Refund Requests

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, production has already begun, and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible. Please review your personalization details and size carefully before ordering.
