How long does it take to make my order?
Every Prose Print item is custom-made from scratch, based on the text you personally provide - whether that is song lyrics, Bible verses, quotes, or meaningful messages. Your item is not pre-made or stored in a warehouse. Here is how the process works:
- Your text is professionally prepared and printed in fine detail, down to the smallest words
- After printing, the garment is cut, sewn, and assembled by our tailor
- Each piece is carefully finished to ensure proper alignment, fit, and overall quality
- Final quality checks are completed before shipping
This level of craftsmanship takes time, and it is intentional. Your shirt is not rushed through mass production. It is made specifically for you. You can learn more about our process here:

Production timeframe
Our standard production timeline is: 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Production time may vary depending on:
- Fabric type (cotton requires additional care)
- Seasonal demand
Cotton fabrics require extra finishing so the print settles naturally into the fibers rather than sitting on top of the fabric. This ensures better comfort, durability, and long-term quality.
Holiday & peak season notice
During high-demand periods such as Christmas and major holidays, production and shipping carriers may experience delays. Delivery dates are not guaranteed during these times. If you are ordering as a gift, we strongly recommend preparing a small backup gift just in case. Your personalized piece will still arrive and is often worth the wait. Many customers tell us their shirts become meaningful keepsakes or conversation starters, and we are confident you will feel the same.
Shipping Time (After Production)
Shipping time begins after your order has completed production and is handed to the carrier.
Shipping options & delivery estimates
- Saver Shipping: 7–10 business days
- USPS Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Priority Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
All shipping timelines are business days only, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
